How to Download Video Compression Software
You can compress video in a few different ways, depending on the video. You can compress it into an archive, a smaller codec, or if it happens to be a virtual CD image, you can compress it into a smaller file like UIF (Universal Image Format). Regardless of which way you prefer, you can download a free program that can accomplish this for you.

Tips & Warnings
If you don't know what compression method to try, go for a regular archive program like WinRAR, since this is the most straightforward of the various options.
Be careful of what software you download from the Internet, especially from sites that you don't have confidence in, because many such websites may install harmful programs on your computer or may have video compression software that is in actuality a virus.
