Choose a photo on your computer that you'd like to use as wallpaper and be able to share with others over the Internet.

Go to a free photo-hosting website, such as Flickr.com or Photobucket.com, to load your photo.

Follow the instructions on the site you choose to host your photo. Instructions should start with "Log In" or "Create Account" and then "Upload Photos" or similar options.

Click on your home page within the photo hosting site to see the photo you've uploaded. Click on the image to see it at its largest size. On Flickr, click on "All Sizes" and then click "Original."

Right click the photo and select "Set as Background" to make the photo your desktop wallpaper.

Edit your wallpaper by clicking on "My Computer" on your desktop, then clicking on "Control Panel" and then on "Display." Here you can make your wallpaper tiled.
