Print these directions and close your web browser. Pop-up blockers fail to uninstall if your web browser is running.

Click the Windows "Start" button and click "Settings." Click the "Control Panel."

Double-click the "Add or Remove Programs" icon. A white text box opens containing programs installed on your computer.

Scroll through and click the pop-up blocker program. Click "Add or Remove" and click "Yes" to confirm and uninstall it from your computer.
