  • 2 small onions diced
  • 1/4 cup of butter
  • 2 tbsp. of flour
  • 2 cups of evaporated milk
  • 2 cups of water
  • Salt and pepper to taste

      Wash and slice the mushrooms.

      Melt the butter in a saucepan, and cook the mushrooms and onions on low heat for 10 minutes.
