Most women are walking around wearing the wrong bra size. Your bra should be comfortable and supportive. You should not be pulling up your bra or holding up the straps. If you don't feel comfortable having your bra size measured at a specialty store you can easily measure it at home! Once you finally find your true bra size you will be happier and more comfortable.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

The first step determines your band size. Measure around your ribs directly under your breasts. This number needs to be even so you will either add 4 or 5, which ever one makes the number even.

  2. Step 2

These next two steps will measure your cup size. Measure from behind your back all the way around from under your arm.

  3. Step 3

Measure around the fullest part of your breast.

Take the difference from step two and step three. If there is less than an inch you are a size AA. One inch is an A. Two inches is a B. Three inches is C. Four inches is a D. Five inches is DD. Six inches is F.
