1
Choose the correct size. Pop-up displays can be big, but they need to fit in the space that you are usually allotted at trade shows. Common sizes are 10' x 10' or 10' x 20', but smaller and larger pop-up displays are available. If you're going to several trade shows, look for a pop-up display that can be reconfigured to fit in small and large spaces.

2
Choose the frame material. Pop-up display frames consist of rods that are connected by hubs. Since the frame will be assembled and disassembled each time the pop-up display is taken to a trade show, a durable, high-quality frame is important. The frames are made from many materials, including aluminum, fiberglass and carbon fiber. Check to see if the frame has a warranty.

3
Choose the accessories that you want to integrate into your pop-up display. For example, you can add lighting, backlighting, kiosks, shelves or monitor mounts with keyboard shelves for computer products.

4
Purchase your graphics. Good graphics are what catches a customer's eye at a trade show. You can purchase graphic design and printing services from the company that supplies the frame, or you can get them from a company that only supplies graphics. Look at several examples and choose a company that produces enticing, high-quality graphics.
