Things You'll Need:

  • Super Kegel Exerciser tool
  1. Step 1

    The first step is to get a proper exercising mat that you feel conformable with, you will be doing them on the floor and not a bench. If possible look up the "Super Kegel Exerciser tool" which can help increase this exercise by 25%

  2. Step 2

    Find your pelvic muscles. You can find it by stopping the flow of urine when you are try to go number 1. Once you have found it stop and start it, that's your pelvic muscle at work

  3. Step 3

    Squeeze and tighten this muscles several times for at least 10 minutes. Lift up inside and try to hold this contraction strongly for as long as you can and do not forget to stop breathing! Once you have doing this for up to 10 minutes let go and relax.

  4. Step 4

    Once you have practiced this sitting down do the same procedure while doing sit ups! Same way you would do ab crunches but try to squeeze and release the pelvic muscle as well for another 10 minutes while doing ab crunches.

  5. Step 5

    Last step is to relax and release your urine in the bathroom. Very simple procedure that is know to help men with Premature Ejaculation and Erectile Dysfunction

Tips & Warnings
  • Be careful not to release your urine during the exercise and hold as much as possible
  • Doing the same routine sitting up can add another 15% beneficial results to the routine
