Things You'll Need:
- Dish soap
- Washable liquid Paint or Powdered Tempera Paint
- Plastic container
- Spoon
- Paintbrush
-
Step 1
To make Window Paint you will first need to determine how many different colors you would like. Make sure you have a bowl out for each color. I prefer to use a large plastic bowl for my window paint. I would hate for someone to accidentally drop the bowl and get cut.
-
Step 2
Add liquid dish soap to each of the bowls. I usually start out with a cup of liquid dish soap. You can always make more if you need it.
-
Step 3
Now add the same amount of paint to the bowl as you did liquid soap. For my example you will add a cup of paint. Make sure you use either washable liquid paint or powdered tempera paint for best results. If you are trying to create a new color by mixing two colors make sure you only add as much paint as you did liquid dish soap so your window paint will wash off easily.
-
Step 4
Stir your window paint with spoon until the paint and liquid soap are evenly mixed.
-
Step 5
Now using a paint brush apply this great window paint to any glass surface. The best part about this window paint is that it wipes off easily with a paper towel.
