How to Remove Me From Classmates

Classmates is a social networking site that allows high school graduates to connect with one another. This is a wonderful site if you would like to get in touch with someone with whom you haven't spoken in a while. To become a member, Classmates offers a free membership and a paid Gold membership. However, canceling a membership is just as easy and does not take long at all.

Instructions

1. Go to the Classmates website (See Resources) and log into your account. Click the "Help" link on the top toolbar.

2. Type "Cancel" into the search bar and click "Search." Click on the link that says "Canceling Your Classmates Membership."

3. Click on the blue link titled "Member Support Team" if you are a Gold member and would like to remove your account. This will take you to a message template.

4. Send an email message to the Member Support Team detailing the reasons for canceling your account. Classmates will then revert your account back to a free membership that you can also remove entirely.

5. Return to the cancellation menu and click the blue link titled "Click Here" to cancel a free membership. Choose the reason for canceling you account and click the "Remove Registration" button. Click "Yes" to confirm membership removal.

Tips & Warnings

• It is possible to renew your membership at any time upon cancellation.

• Membership fees are non-refundable.
