Instructions

    • 1

Thaw the crab legs by placing them in the refrigerator in an airtight container for eight hours. For the best results, consider placing the legs on a drip wrack in the container so they will drain while thawing.

    • 2

Fill the stock pot with water and bring to a strong boil. If desired, add one tablespoon of sea seat to the water for additional flavor.

    • 3

Melt the butter in the small sauce pan over medium-low heat. Dice two cloves of garlic and add to the butter. Add one tablespoon of diced fresh parsley to the butter. Cover the pan and allow the sauce to gently infuse until the crab legs are done.

    • 4

Place the frozen legs into the water and cover the pot with a lid. Cook for five minutes, remove from the water and place on a drip plate.

    • 5

Pour the butter sauce into dipping bowls and serve.

Tips & Warnings

  • Purchase 12 ounces of crab legs per person to provide a generous portion.

  • Avoid purchasing crab legs that have been thawed, as they will have lost their flavor and freshness.
