How to Prevent Acne Outbreaks
At one time or another, we have all woken up to the sight of a horrible red pimple on our face, and dreaded facing the day ahead with a miniature Mt. Everest on our chin. Variations in diet, high stress, and lack of skincare can all cause these unsightly flareups. Our first inclination is to pick at the pimple. This is one of the worst things you can do. If it is not quite ready, you risk spreading the bacteria to the surrounding pores. This, in turn, will cause more breakouts, pimples, and zits.
