Instructions

    • 1

Mix 2 tbsp. of cosmetic clay powder with 1/2 tsp. of steeped green tea and 1/2 tsp. of milk. There are a variety of cosmetic clays you can use, but Dead Sea clay works well for all skin types. Clay helps nourish the skin, and it detoxifies and removes dead skin cells to give the skin a rejuvenated appearance. Green tea is useful because of the antioxidants that help protect the skin from environmental hazards, and milk has natural acids that gently exfoliate the skin.

Wash your face and pat it dry before you apply the skin firming paste. Use your fingers to apply the paste in a circular motion. Do not get the paste in your eyes or on your lips. Let the paste dry on your face, and be careful not to move your face because you don't want the mask to crack while it is drying. It should dry between 15 to 20 minutes.

Rinse off the paste with warm water. Be gentle and do not scrub. Pat your face dry. Use a natural moisturizer such as coconut or almond oil after you are finished. Use this mask weekly.
