An easy and clean way to remove a car registration sticker from your windshield or a sticker from any glass for that matter. All without chemicals or mess.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 3M Scotch Brite Delicate Care Scrub Sponge
  • a little water
  • paper towel
  1. Step 1

Using your fingers or a thin item (such as a credit card) take as much of the sticker off as your can.

  2. Step 2

Take a paper towel and lay it out on the dash under where you will be working on the sticker. Take the non-abrasive side of the sponge and pre-soak the registration sticker with water.

  3. Step 3

After a couple of minutes start gently rubbing off the left over sticker with the scrubber of the sponge. Keep rubbing in tight circular movements and reverse direction for a stubborn spot. Turn to an unused portion or brush off scrubber if sticker builds up.

  4. Step 4

There your have it. No need to chemicals or razors or peanut butter. Most of the mess should have stayed on the sponge.
Wipe down the windshield with some window cleaner if desired.

Tips & Warnings
  • Do not use to regular Scotch Brite sponge as this will likely scuff the surface of your windshield.
  • Remember tight, brisk, circular rubbing.
  • Forget the peanut butter.
