Monkey bread is an easy to make kid-friendly recipe that is perfect for a rainy or snowy day. It is fun-to-make and fun-to-eat. Your little monkeys will love making it and they will love eating it.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • Three tubes refrigerator biscuits
  • Bundt pan
  1. Step 1
    Generously grease a Bundt pan.

    Preheat the oven to 350° Assemble your ingredients.

    Generously grease a tube or bundt pan with butter or margarine.

    Mix 1/2 cup sugar with one tsp cinnamon.

  2. Step 2

    Spread 1/2 cup of chopped pecans into the bottom of the prepared Bundt pan.

  3. Step 3

    Take three tubes of refrigerator biscuits and cut them into quarters. Dip each quarter into the sugar/cinnamon mixture.

    Layer the dipped biscuit quarters in the Bundt pan.

  4. Step 4

    Melt ½ cup butter. Add the brown sugar and stir until smooth. Pour over the biscuits.

  5. Step 5

    Bake for 30 to 40 minutes. Remove from the oven, place on a cooling rack and let sit in the pan for ten minutes.

    Invert on a serving platter. Pull apart and enjoy.
