Things You'll Need:

  • Water

  1. Step 1

Drink lots of water. 6-8 glasses is suggested. The water helps flush bacteria from your system.

  • If you use a diaphragm or spermicide for birth control this increases the chance for bacteria to grow leading to UTIs.
