  1. Step 1

    Work-out routine. With out a routine the weight is just fat. I suggest you get a routine and stick to it. This is where the discipline is needed as anyone can gain weight.

  2. Step 2

    Weight Gain Supplements. Let's face it for some people its not easy to gain weight. That is why we must use supplements. If you really want to bulk up weight gainer is a good choice. Go to GNC or the local Vitamin Shop and pick up a month supply of weight gainer(a month supply is probably 2-3 huge containers). Use as directed for maximum results.

  3. Step 3

    Creatine Supplements. Creatine is a great way to build quick muscle gains. Creatine can be found at your local vitamin store. Use a creatine with carbs and sugars as this helps the uptake into the body, also, the carb overload will give you a boost for those few extra reps.

  4. Step 4

    Protein Supplements. Protein is the foundation of muscle building. Intake as much protein as possible or as much as you can stomach a day. Protein helps recovery from exercise. There are a crap load of protein supplements on the market, any of them will do. Just follow the directions on the bottle. Drinks and bars are great.

  5. Step 5

    Multi vitamin. When dieting or exercising always use and take a multi vitamin to avoid any deficiencies as this will affect your gains.

  6. Step 6

    Hydration. Always drink as much water as humanly possible when taking any supplements as water will keep the kidneys flushing and filtering out the toxins.

  7. Step 7

    Eat everything. The best part of gaining weight is that you can eat anything you want. Enjoy this while you can, eventually you will want to tone your waistline after you achieved your weight gain goals.
