You can put cherries, apple slices, individual pieces of chocolate candy, anything else that you would like. Melt a bowl of dark or milk chocolate chips and a bowl of white chocolate chips if you wish. Take the pieces of fruit that you are going to use and dip them in the chocolate. Dip everyone other one in the dark or milk and every other one in the white. Then place them on the skewer as you dip them. Place the finished skewers on a baking sheet lined with wax paper. Place the baking sheet full of skewers into the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes to set up.
