Take out your PayPal debit card and flip it over. Look down toward where you see the number indentations on the card. You will see in very small writing – that PayPal’s debit card was issued by JP-Morgan Chase Bank. What that means to you is that you can visit any Chase Bank and use the debit card to withdraw money fee free.

Locating a Chase Bank location may take a little digging seeing as they are not seen on every corner like other banks. A good place to start looking for Chase Bank locations is the phone book under banking. If you are having trouble finding a Chase Bank locations in your area move on to the next step.

Visit their website to find the exact locations of a Chase Bank near you. Do a quick search online for Chase Bank. Make sure before you click on any links that your search returns that they say Chase or Chase Bank for the web address and that there’s an “HTTPS” prefix before the web address. If you don’t see that prefix than chances are it’s not really a Chase Bank site that you’ve found. The HTTPS means the sites owners’ identity is verified and that the site is secure.

Once you’re on the Chase Bank site look for a tab in the menu that says branch locations and find the one nearest you. Visit the Chase atm and withdraw money like usual and make sure to get a receipt so that you can see that the process was fee free.
