This article will explain how you can avoid getting pimples and have clear(er) skin! Simple steps that you can do every day and achive clearer skin. Remember .. everyone has had pimples while growing up. Follow these simple steps to reduce pimples.

Things You'll Need:

  • Determination
  • Soap
  • Benzoyl peroxide cream
  • Oil free face wash
  1. Step 1

    Wash your face with medicated soap regularly. (Like Neutrogena Oil Free Acne Wash). These soaps have salicylic acid as the active ingredient. (Available without prescription in all drugstores).

  2. Step 2

    Avoid oily and fatty foods. Oil clogs up your skin pores which leads to pimples. Just a little determination in this can go a long way. This means fries, shakes, chocolates pizza etc. Eat more of fruits and vegetables.

  3. Step 3

    Exercise regularly. Even moderate exercise helps clear your pores and flush out impurities. Remember to wash your face afterward.

  4. Step 4

    At night, wash face with warm water, dry, apply a benzoyl peroxide based cream. (Available without prescription in all drugstores). Apply lightly over affected area. Let it be overnight.

  5. Step 5

    Do not worry too much about your skin. Be confident. Smile!
