Use those keywords to search for your favorite topics. If you use Boolean operators such as quotations in a search engine, your results will be more specific. For example, "photography chat room," will yield search results that have those words in that order. Whereas if you search without the quotations you may not get exactly what you're looking for.

Tips & Warnings
Most email and instant messaging providers have a chatroom section of their websites. These sites include, but are not limited to, MSN, AIM, AOL and Yahoo! If you're searching for a chat room for a child, these sites are better moderated and less likely to contain inappropriate content. They also have chat rooms especially for kids and teens. Many websites that are not necessarily known for their chat rooms, have great discussion boards and chat rooms. Check out your favorite site and see if they have a little-known chat room.
Chat rooms vary in terms of use and in the amount of moderation. There is always a possibility that you will come across discussions that you find inappropriate. You never know who you are chatting with so never give out personal information including last name, address or telephone number.
