How to Take Hoodia for Best Results
Hoodia is a nutritional supplement derived from cacti plants in the Kalahari Desert. Hoodia is an appetite suppressant used to treat conditions of weight loss. Hoodia is dispensed in over-the-counter nutritional tablets and ingested orally. The proper dosage of Hoodia tablets is between 1,200 and 1,600 mg daily. It is important that you do not take Hoodia without first informing your doctor, as it can cause an interaction with other medical conditions.
