How to Fold Party Streamers
One of the easiest ways to transform a room for a party is to use streamers. Party streamers come in a variety of colors, so it's easy to find some that match the colors of your party theme. It's common to toss the streamers in the garbage once the party is over, but keeping them can save you time and money down the road. Take down all of the party streamers from the room.

Lay the streamers on a flat surface such as the floor or a table so they resemble long strips.

Place a pencil on the end of the strip. Roll the streamer around the pencil by rolling toward you. Roll tightly so the streamer doesn't come undone when you are finished.

Continue to roll the streamer, making sure that the edges are even and lined up next to each other. Be gentle as you roll because streamers can easily tear.

Secure the end of the streamer to the roll with a piece of tape.

Slide the pencil out gently and place the streamer in a storage bag.

If the party streamer is difficult to roll, fold it into small squares. Lay the streamer flat and fold the end until you make a small square. Create the next square by bringing the square you just made under the streamer. Then fold the streamer on top so the folds resemble an accordion. Repeat this technique until you have finished folding the entire streamer. Place the streamer into the storage bag.
