How to Download Music for the LG Chocolate
The LG Chocolate provides for multimedia enjoyment. You can do just about anything on this touch screen phone. Downloading music to the LG Chocolate can be done in more ways than one because of the phone's accessibility. You can buy music directly from Verizon, or sync your own music directly from your computer's music library.

Connect the LG Chocolate phone and computer via a USB sync cable. There is a USB port on both the phone and computer. Connect the proper ends of the cable to each device to establish a connection.

When the connection is detected by the computer, an AutoPlay window will pop up on your screen. Click "Sync Files to Device," and your computer's media player will open automatically. (Wording for this action may vary depending on your operating system. But in any case, this option is the first at the top of the list.)

Highlight each music file individually. Drag the file to the "Sync" pane, which is the right pane in the media player. Repeat this action for each song you want to download to the phone. When you have completed your entire list, click on the "Start Sync" action at the bottom of the media player Sync pane to download your music to the phone.

Once the entire downloading process is complete, unplug the USB connection, and your music will be stored to the media folder in the phone.

Tips & Warnings
To download music to the phone, you must have music stored on the computer. All songs should be in MP3 format as well. If you cannot find your music in your media player, simply click "File" in the navigation menu at the top of the screen, and select "Import to Library" to move your music to the media player.
