Greeting cards are the perfect way to show your feelings for those you care about. Anniversaries are one such occasion in which a greeting card is a beautiful way to express your love for that special someone. With a home printer, you can even print your own greeting cards. Many online sites provide a selection of printable cards including BlueMountain.com and AmericanGreetings.com. Some sites will allow you to print the cards for free while others may require a paid membership to begin using their greeting card service.

Things You'll Need:

  • Internet access
  • Greeting card paper
  • Printer
  1. Step 1

Navigate to an online greeting card website. From the website, there will typically be a section titled "Printables" that denotes which cards you can print. Cards are often categorized based on holiday, birthday, or special moment. Browse to the "Anniversary" cards and click on the card thumbnail to review the greeting card and message.

  2. Step 2

Select the anniversary card that appeals to you. Some sites may require you to join and register with their website to begin using their services. Sign in to your account if you already have one or create a new account by entering your account information and a username and password. If the site requires a paid membership, you will also need to supply billing information in the form of a credit card.

  3. Step 3

Click "Print" to print your anniversary card. You may use special greeting card paper that is heavier and perforated with folds. You may also use plain computer paper if you wish.

Tips & Warnings
  • Paid membership greeting card sites will often advertise a one-time fee to use their service for the year. After this year is up, they will automatically renew and charge your credit card if you don't cancel beforehand.
