How to Create a MSN Web Page
If you like using the features that are on the MSN web page, you can now make it your own. Although you can't legally copy the MSN web page information to create an entire website that is viewed by others, you can create a page that is viewable every time you open your Internet browser. Creating your own MSN web page will allow you to control your MSN experience by customizing the content to fit your needs.
