   Search www.edmunds.com for a great feature called True Market Value, this tool give a very accurate measure of what your car is worth. Kelly Blue Book is another good site to visit.

   Take these numbers and compare them to the prices in step 1 and you should have a pretty good idea of what similar vehicles are selling for in your local market.

3. HOW TO SELL MY CAR 103 - PREP IT FOR MARKET

   Visit large auto dealers websites and take note of the following; how they describe their vehicles, how many pictures they take and of what. Then copy them... that's right, these dealers sell cars for a living and know what they are doing, so why not take advantage of that knowledge.

   Take pictures of your vehicle from the same angles, show the same interior photos. And if your camera records video, consider producing a mini auto tour.
