Want to learn sympathy card wording? Having difficulty writing the right words to someone who has suffered the death of a loved one? Comforting others with your words takes a special skill and talent. Are you asking yourself if you have that talent? Yes, you can write sympathy cards that make an impact in someone else's life. Here's how:

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

***FIND A PLACE TO WRITE A SYMPATHY CARD***

Find a quiet place to sit down and collect your sympathy card thoughts. Stay late at work when everyone has left the office and prepare to write a condolence card. Sit down on a park bench where you can listen to the birds chirping and watch the squirrels running around. Pay attention to nature in order to write a quality condolence greeting card.

  2. Step 2

    ***EXPRESS YOUR CONDOLENCES***

Place a writing pad in front of you and begin writing words that describe how you feel. Allow the words to flow freely as you prepare to comfort a friend. Show how much you care for the grieving party by remembering the beautiful times you shared. Express your inner most feelings by writing deep, meaningful sentences. Use details that the person will appreciate and remember to spell names correctly.

  3. Step 3

    ***PROOFREAD YOUR SYMPATHY CARD***

After you write your sympathy card, put it down and walk away. Clear your head of all your thoughts. Come back after 10 minutes and pick up your sympathy card. Read it thoroughly and evaluate the impact of the condolence card. Decide which words you want to remove and which words you would like to keep. Ask someone else to read your sympathy as it is always good to get an extra pair of eyes. Deliver your sympathy card to the affected party.
