How to Get Fuller and Poutier Lips

Who doesn't love, want and desire fuller, poutier lips? OK, maybe not everyone, but some of many of us do. Cosmetics and techniques have came along way. Many looks can be achieved by a few simple modifications using beauty secrets. Who needs surgery? Follow the steps below to get fuller, poutier lips.

1. Find two lip liner pencils that match the shade of lip color you are going to be wearing. One needs to be slightly darker than the lip color, and the other needs to be slightly lighter. Stick with neutral colors at first, then you can play around with more dramatic colors.

2. Take the darker lip liner, and line the lips only at the corners.

3. Now use the lighter colored lip liner, and line the middle parts of the lips.

4. Fill in the lips with the matching lip color. Notice how something so simple makes all the difference. Lips will appear fuller, and have more of a pout.
