Many women take great pride in their hair and will try and do anything to keep it looking healthy. Unfortunately, many women do not use the right products or follow the necessary steps to maintain their hair healthy. Keeping your hair healthy is easier than most people expect.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Biosilk
  • Good Shampoo and Conditioner
  1. Step 1

Pick a hair stylist that you trust. Changing hair stylists often can lead to ruined hair. Your hair stylist should be able to cut your hair how you want it. Many hair stylists will recommend you to trim your hair every three months but if you follow the rest of the steps you will only need to cut your hair once a year!

  2. Step 2

Pick shampoo’s that are for your hair type. You do not need to pay for salon brands to keep your hair healthy but buy quality shampoo. Also, change shampoos every six months. Our hair gets accustomed to using the same shampoo over time and the shampoo will not have the same effect over time. The same method should be applied to the use of conditioners.

  3. Step 3

Use Biosilk Silk Therapy after washing your hair every single day. Biosilk has many hair products and their best product is their silk therapy. It provides extra conditioning for your hair and keeps it healthy even if you flat iron your hair or use curlers.

  4. Step 4

Try not to use heat on your hair. Many women are accustomed to using flat irons, curling irons, and hair driers but they are very harmful to your hair. Avoid all of them as much as you can.

  5. Step 5

Keep your natural hair color. Every time harmful chemicals, especially those to change your hair color are used, your hair is weakened. Embrace your natural hair color because it is the best way to keep your hair looking healthy for longer.

Tips & Warnings
  • Keep up with your daily routine. Healthy hair does not happen over night and you will need to take care of your hair everyday.
