Things You'll Need:
- Windows Explorer 7 edition
- A keyboard with the Windows key
-
Step 1
Windows key + Home:
These keys hide every open windows except the current window that is in use. To unhide the hidden windows, press again the Windows key + Home. Good for when you need to declutter the screen but don't want your application windows closed. -
Step 2
Windows key + Up or Down arrow:
To maximize the in-use window to full screen size (Up arrow). Restore to original window size (Down arrow). To minimize the current window, press twice the Down arrow with Windows key. -
Step 3
Windows key + either the Left or Right arrow key + Shift:
Send the current window to multiple monitors of other PC; must have PC connecting to a network. -
Step 4
Windows key + either the Left or Right arrow key:
Dock the current window against either left or right side edge of the screen, depending on which "arrow" key is used with the Windows key. -
Step 5
Windows key + Space bar:
These two keys will make current open windows transparent. Your desktop icons will show through from underneath. Great to use if you need to click on icon for programs, and that you don't want to toggle between window and desktop screens. Press the Windows + Space bar again to bring back the normal window screen. -
Step 6
Windows key + T + Left or Right arrow key:
