1
Create your Disney image. Disney has very strict appearance rules, and you will never get hired there if you don't conform to the regulations they set forth. Study the Disney "look" described in their corporate website, and make sure that every aspect of your appearance conforms to this ideal.

2
Decide which jobs you want to apply for, and stick with that decision. You may apply for up to three roles at the time of application, so study the job descriptions carefully to make sure that you are applying for what you want to do.

3
Apply online at the Disney employment website. Begin by creating a profile, then log on to the application form. Have your resume handy to refer to it for employer information, or any other relevant data. The application should take about half an hour to 45 minutes. Carefully review your application before sending it in, and print a copy for your records.

4
Go to the interview in full Disney appearance. Be clean and neat, and never flashy. Wear conservative clothing and no jewelry, or minimal jewelry such as a watch and wedding band. Don't use slang or colloquialisms in your speech. Be as bland and generic as possible, but show your enthusiasm for all things Disney. Have some questions in mind to ask the interviewer, such as about the training program, and memorize one fun thing about Disney World for possible small talk.

Tips & Warnings
Employment is more likely for the less popular jobs, such as janitorial, and less likely for jobs being Snow White. If your aim is simply employment, pick jobs that less people would like.
In times of economic hardship, Disney World occasionally has hiring freezes. Check with Disney employment to find out the current status.
