1
Build a rectangle with your two pieces of 2-foot-by-10-foot 3/4-inch plywood and two pieces of the 2-foot-by-2-foot plywood. These will be the top, bottom, and sides of your cabinet. The top piece should be set so that it is in line with the top of the side edges and in between the two longer boards. The bottom piece should be between the boards and offset one inch away from the bottom edges of the boards. Make sure all the pieces fit at a 90-degree angle, and screw the rectangle together.

2
Place your shelves in the cabinet. This plan will allow you nine interior shelves. The shelves should be placed so the bottom of one is exactly one foot above the top of the shelf below it (Each shelf height will be exactly one foot). Make sure the shelves are at 90-degree angles, and screw them into the sides of the cabinet.

Place the piece of 10-foot-by-2-foot 1-1/2-inch plywood over one side of the rectangular frame. This is the back. Make sure the edges are all square, and screw the panel to the sides. For additional support, you can also screw the back panel into the back of the shelves.

4
Place the hinges at intervals of approxamately 2-1/2 feet in the interior of the cabinet. The idea is to have the four hinges evenly distributed.

5
Attach the remaining piece of plywood to the hinges. Then, attach the handle to the plywood on the opposite end of the plywood.

Tips & Warnings
These plans will give you a 10-foot-tall cabinet. If your garage is smaller than that, adjust the height of your sides, back and door accordingly.
Make sure all of your components are screwed in tightly and are square. This will help the overall stability of the cabinet.
