How to Install a Shifter Plate in a Camaro Z28
Z28 is the name Chevrolet used for a performance package available on the Camaro between 1967 to 2002. The package usually consisted of a high performance V8 engine and upgrades to the vehicle's handling. The shifter plate on those vehicles is a plastic plate surrounding the shift lever mounted to the center console. If your shifter plate is worn or broken, you may wish to purchase a new old stock or replacement piece to bring your vehicle's interior back to original condition.
