Use a paper towel before the show to grease the insides of your peerless handcuffs with baby oil. Rub the oil in to remove traces of it, so it is not noticeable while you're on stage.

Have your assistant lock the cuffs with enough tension to demonstrate mobility without escape. Practice ahead of time to gauge how much room you will need to wriggle out of the cuffs. Demonstrate to the audience that the cuffs are secure by expanding the bones in your hand and tugging on the cuffs. Even if they are loose enough to slip out under the cloth, you need to provide the illusion of security.

Drape a drop cloth over your hands in front of the audience. Make sure you show them both of the keys are in the possession of your assistant.

Push your wrists together to stabilize the cuffs and flatten your hand so that your thumb and pinky are in line with the rest of your fingers. Wriggle and pull your hand out of the cuffs. This might take a moment.

Holding your free hand steady beneath the bottom of the other cuff, repeat the same process, slipping your hand out of the second handcuff.

Tips & Warnings
In extreme situations that you are unable to remove the cuffs, be sure to keep a spare key hidden in your sleeve to pop the lock open. Don't forget to hide the key before you expose your freed hands.
