How to Add Captured Equipment to Panzer General 2
"Panzer General 2" is an online strategy game that features a tournament system to record wins and losses. Your objective is to capture strategic supply depots. When you do, you gain in-game currency and can use the currency to add equipment and improve and specialize your troops. Because every game you play enters you into a tournament bracket, your wins and currency carry over from game to game.

Begin a new game, making sure to write down the locations of supply depots before the fog of war shrouds the board. After that, you will not be able to see a particular area until you send troops there.

Move your troops, one area at a time, toward the supply depots. It is often a good idea to send motor scouts out to quickly reach the supply depots. These troops make very little difference in combat, so are expendable.

Move your troops into a supply depot to capture it. This will result in your game currency going up.

Open the troop upgrade screen using the U button.

Left-click the equipment you want to upgrade.

Left-click the confirm button once you have spent your upgrade currency.

Tips & Warnings
Some supply depots have no enemy occupation. If you can get to them before the enemy you will get more currency. If you recapture a supply depot that an enemy has taken over, you will get additional currency.
Be careful about overspecializing units. Your upgrades carry over from scenario to scenario, so if you overspecialize some units, they will be less effective in some combats.
