1
Remove the pillow case from the memory foam pillow. The memory foam pillow is not machine washable which is why it comes with a special pillow case.
-
2
Examine the pillow case for any stains. If you spot any, use a stain stick on that spot. This will ensure that all stains are removed in the wash.

Wait until you have enough laundry for a full load. Set your washer to the correct setting (small, medium, or large load), and then add laundry detergent. The amount of detergent needed depends on the brand you use as well as the size of the load of laundry. Read the back label of the laundry detergent to determine the correct amount.
-
4
Add one cup of bleach to the washing machine water if you are doing a load of laundry that contains all whites. This will help to keep your memory foam pillow case bright, clean and free of any bacteria.
-
5
Add your memory foam pillow case and the rest of your laundry. Close the lid to the washing machine, and remove the clothes when the washing machine beeps.
-
6
Hang out to dry. This is important if the memory foam pillow case is made from cotton. If it shrinks, it won't fit back on the pillow.
