How to Design Your Own Tee
T-shirts come in a variety of shapes, sizes and designs. Most clothing stores sell some sort of tee with a screen-printed design. If you can't find just what you're looking, try designing your own T-shirt. The process is actually much simpler than you might imagine, and making your own customized tee can leave you with a great feeling of satisfaction.

1
Import a photograph or create an image for your T-shirt in an image-editing software porgram, such as Adobe Photoshop or Corel Paint.
-
2
Print your created image content from the software onto the iron-on paper. Place the paper into your printer so the ink is applied to the side that feels rough, like parchment paper.
-
-
3
Cut the image out of the iron-on paper with scissors.
-
4
Place the image onto the area of the tee where you want the design. The rough side of the paper should be facing the fabric of your T-shirt.
-
5
Set your iron on low, let it warm up and apply the heat to the back of the iron-on paper. The heat will adhere the image onto your T-shirt.

Tips & Warnings
If you would like a more professional look, take your saved design file (on a CD or flash drive) to a local screen-printing company, and have them transfer your design to a tee.
