How to Download the Old Yahoo Messenger With Voice
Yahoo! Messenger is an instant messaging program that allows you to communicate with family and friends through text messages. One of its popular features is voice, which allows you to call and speak to buddies on your list. Many versions of Yahoo! Messenger exist, but only a certain few include the voice feature. If you prefer an older version that includes voice, you can download and install it easily, much like the newer version.

Go to the old Yahoo Messenger download page (see Resources). The page supplies you with a large selection of past Yahoo! Messenger programs.

Click the Yahoo! Messenger you want to install and click "Download." Keep in mind that only Yahoo! Messenger 7 and above include voice. As long as you select any versions from 7 and up, you will have the voice feature.

Click "Save" when you are asked what you want to do with the file and download the installation file on your desktop.

Double-click the installation file from the desktop after it has been downloaded and click "Run" to begin the installation wizard.

Click "Next" on the welcome screen on the installation wizard and click "Yes I accept" after reading the terms and conditions. Click "Next."

Read the privacy policy and click "Next." Click "Next" one more time. The files are copied and the program is installed on your computer.
