How to Make Glitter Comments

Have you ever received a flashy glitter comment and wondered how it was made? Like most images and flash designs that are inserted into comments, glitter text is created by a generated HTML code. Making glitter comments is not hard, because there are numerous sites that have HTML-generating software built into them. These services are free and take little time to use.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Go to the Glitter Graphics website. Click the link that says "Text" Generator on the left-hand navigation toolbar.

  2. Step 2

Select the font style from the list below and enter your desired text. A preview of your text will show on the bottom of the screen.

  3. Step 3

Click on the button that says "Generate Code." Copy and paste the first HTML code into comment boxes on Web pages and social networking sites such as MySpace. Copy and paste the second HTML code into forums and bulletin boards.

  4. Step 4

Go to the Page Plugins website and choose a font and glitter style. Enter your desired text and choose the font size.

  5. Step 5

Choose an effect such as bevel, blur, fade or shadow. View the preview of the generated text. Copy and paste the HTML code into a comment box if you are satisfied with the text's appearance.
