If you want to add a personal touch to graduation party decorations, you can do so quickly and easily with this one simple tip!

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  1. Step 1

Make sure you have a Polaroid camera with plenty of film on hand. Before the party begins, choose an area that is easily visible to everyone. It might be a far wall, the area in front of the buffet table, or even an unused doorway.

  2. Step 2

Tie your string or twine to drape across that unused and open area. If you are having an outdoor graduation party, tie it between two trees or tent poles. For an unused doorway, criss-cross the string back and forth.

  3. Step 3

As everyone arrives, take their picture with the Polaroid camera. Then clip the picture to the string with the clothes pins. As the pictures develop you have a great personal touch to your graduation party decorations that are added while the party is in progress!

  4. Step 4

You can also use these pictures as a way to get everyone's autograph for a journal or keepsake. Just have them sign the bottom of the picture!

Tips & Warnings
  • Be sure to take additional pictures with your digital camera or use a video camera so you can share the pictures online through email. Polaroids are a fun touch to graduation party decorations but shouldn't be used in place of digital cameras or video cameras.
