Some time you may need a breast pump and can not find yours, or you may not have one or can not afford to buy one there are other method's doing this task, This is a great example.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • very hot our boiling water plastic baby bottle. and a little patience.
  1. Step 1

    Run extremely hot water into a bowl or pan, or if you can boil a pot of water on the stove this would be better and after it starts to boil remove from heat.

  2. Step 2

    Place plastic bottles into boiling pot of water and let stand for about 1 minute Then remove from heat. let stand a little longer if just hot water.

  3. Step 3

    Place open end of plastic bottle over nipple and the warm air in the bottle should create a suction and the warmth of the bottle should help the milk to come down and flow right into the bottle. After Bottle is full gently remove plastic bottle from breast and wipe breast with warm damp cloth.

Tips & Warnings
  • Fill as many as you need and place unused portion in freezer. For latter use. This can be use as often as needed.
  • Be careful when Placing bottle on breast it can sometime cause a little iretation but it really works well.
