- Vegetable Stock
- Mushrooms

Step 1
This recipe doesn't require any measuring. It is an easy soup to make. You just add the ingredients according to your taste. The soup is very healthy for you too. It doesn't contain any preservatives or MSG and the spinach in the soup is high in magnesium. Magnesium has been known to reduce the occurrence of migraine headaches.

To start add vegetable stock to a frying pan. Add about three cloves of peeled garlic. Cook the garlic in the vegetable stock. When the garlic is soft add fresh basil leaves. Do not add the steams of the basil. Cook the basil until the leaves are soft.

Clean and slice your mushrooms. Add the mushrooms to your vegetable stock mixture and cook until the mushrooms are soft. Add Old Bay seasoning to the mushrooms and black pepper. The Old Bay seasoning will give the mushrooms a spicy taste so add the seasoning according to your taste. Taste the soup to make sure it is to your liking and add move vegetable stock if necessary. Add the spinach leaves and cook until they are soft.
