Things You'll Need:
- 1 lb Dry Ziti Pasta
- 1 lb Lean Ground Beef
- 6oz. Provolone Cheese sliced
- 1 Chopped Onion
- 1 1/2 cups Sour Cream
- 2 tbsp Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 2 Jars Spaghetti Sauce (26oz)
- 9x13 inch baking dish

Step 1
Boil a lorge pot of lightly salted water. Add pasta and cook for about 8 minutes, then drain.

Locate a skillet and over medium heat, cook ground beef and brown onion.

Add spaghetti sauce and let it simmer for about 15 minutes.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). While the oven is heating up, grab a 9x13 inch pan (approx 2 1/2 inches deep) or baking dish and butter it up.

Now it's time to layer. When you layer, try to make sure to spread it out evenly. First layer should be about 1/2 of the ziti you have, then Provolone Cheese, then Sour Cream, then 1/2 sauce mixture, remaining pasta, mozzarella cheese, remaining sauce mixture and then top it all off with Parmesan Cheese.

Bake for approximately 30 minutes. Take out and serve.
