Is the place clean is the food served to the guest something thrown together or is it a good hearty meal.

You should visit as many rooms as possible during your stay visit the kitchen, the dining room, the activity rooms and the bathrooms. You can also talk to the resident and find out how they are being treated. You should also talk to the staff to find out what services are extra cost. You should also find out who the department heads are and talk to them as well.
