Make sure you're connected to your Internet service provider. If you aren't, establish a connection.

Find the location bar. The location bar is the long, narrow white space where you enter web addresses. In the location bar, type www.netzero.net.

In the menu bar, click on "Tools," then "Options."

Click on the "Main" tab. Under the "Startup" section header, find the "Home Page" options.

Click the button that reads "Use Current Page." Your homepage should now be set to "http://www.netzero.net." Close the Options box to return to your browser.

To get to the location bar quickly, hold down the Ctrl key and tap the L button. For a shortcut to the Tools and Options menus, hold down the Alt button then tap the T key, followed by the O key. If you're comfortable dragging and dropping, you can also select the web address in the location bar, left-click on it, drag it to the Home icon in the upper left-hand corner of the browser, and release it. Firefox will ask if you want to make this document your new homepage. Click "Yes" to change your homepage. Using Internet Explorer or Safari?
