How to Enter Codes on Shadow the Hedgehog

You can enter codes for Shadow the Hedgehog using an Action Replay MAX. Normally, the Action Replay software will give a list of codes and allow you to select which ones you want to turn on. It is also possible to enter codes if they do not appear on your code list. Codes on the list must be activated to be in effect after Shadow the Hedgehog is started.

• Action Replay MAX disc

Entering Existing Codes

1. Turn on your console with the Action Replay MAX disc inserted.

2. Press the Eject button without turning off the console after the Action Replay screen appears.

3. Insert the Shadow the Hedgehog game disc and close the console drive.

4. Wait for the codes screen for Shadow the Hedgehog to appear automatically.

5. Select which codes you want to turn on from the list.

6. Press the "Start" button and select "Start Game" from the menu that appears. The game will start with the codes activated.

Adding New Codes

7. Select the "Add New Codes" option. This is the first choice on the Shadow the Hedgehog codes list.

8. Enter a description of the code and select "OK." This will display on the codes list.

9. Enter the Action Replay code. Select "OK" when finished. The code will now appear in the Shadow the Hedgehog codes list.

10. Scroll down the codes list to the description you entered. Select the description to activate the new code.
