2. Carry a Water Bottle - You will need it with you at all times. When you get hungry you simply drink water to fill your stomach.
3. Carry a Notepad - Carry this and record all your calories each day. When you start your diet it will allow you to see what to cut out of your diet
4. Exercise twice a day for 20 minutes a time. Walk, jog, bike, whatever you can do to keep your metabolism burning calories. -
