Sign up for a free membership at Oprah.com. Ticket reservations for the Oprah TV tapings are handled through the website. You must be a registered member to access the appropriate forms.

Navigate to the "Show Reservations" area through your member profile and consult the "Current Reservation Availability" to find out when the next "window" for Oprah tickets opens.

Make your ticket reservation request at any time during the window opening (usually it's open for about a day, so act quick). You can make Oprah ticket reservations for yourself and three guests. The Oprah Winfrey Show tickets are given out randomly.

Check your e-mail. A day after the window has closed, e-mails will be sent out to those who were randomly selected to attend a television taping. You must confirm your seat reservation within 48 hours of receiving the e-mail.

Enter the drawing again, if you haven't already been a member of Oprah's audience this year. You may only attend one show per season, but you may apply as many times as necessary to win tickets to that one Oprah show.

Step 6
Check "Last-Minute Reservations" for The Oprah Winfrey show. A link to the section of the Oprah website is provided below. Apply through e-mail and you might end up getting a phone call confirming your selection as an audience member!

Attend the Oprah Winfrey TV taping! The studio, Harpo Studios, is located at 1058 W. Washington Boulevard, on the corner Washington and Carpenter. Normally Oprah tapes two shows a day. For the first, arrive between 7 a.m. and 7:30 a.m. For the second, arrive between 11 a.m. and 11:30 a.m., about when the first TV taping is concluding.
