We have all seen the news. The H1N1 is here. The nasal spray vaccines are starting to arrive. Let's battle the flu to make it through the season. As part of the battle, seasonal Flu shots are available at all Tarrant County Public Health Centers, almost all of the drug stores and your doctor's office in most cases. Check for availability in your area of the country.

Dr. Sandra Parker, Tarrant County Public Health Director, states "Getting a seasonal flu shot is the best way to guard against seasonal flu. Each year seasonal flu kills an estimated 36,000 people in the United States and hospitalizes more than 200,000."
