1
Mix 1 lb. of thawed ground buffalo in a large bowl with 1 tsp. of rosemary, 1 tsp. of chives, and pepper to taste.
-
2
Chop up one onion and three cloves of garlic. Mix the ingredients into the meat with a spoon. Add more garlic if you like.

3
Pour the ground buffalo mixture in a large skillet and place this on the stove. Set the heat to medium and gradually stir the buffalo with a spoon as it cooks. The buffalo should take about 20 minutes to cook. Use a spoon to continually scoop up and remove excess fat that collects on the sides of the pan.

4
Place a pot of hot water on the stove and set the burner to high when your buffalo meat is about half way done. Bring the water to a boil and pour in the pasta. Continue to finish cooking the meat as the pasta cooks. The pasta should fully cook within five minutes.
-
5
Pour a jar of pasta sauce on the buffalo when it's fully cooked. Fully cooked buffalo meat should have a brown appearance with no pink on the meat. Turn the burner to low and allow the pasta sauce to simmer into the meat. Add 1/2 cup of water if you want a thinner pasta sauce consistency.

6
Place a strainer in the sink and pour the noodles in the strainer to remove the water.
-
7
Use a fork to scoop out pasta and place it on a plate slather with the finished buffalo spaghetti.
